How do I determine the correct size for knee sleeves and belts?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For knee sleeves, measure the circumference of your knee joint with a straight leg. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for training and sizing down for competition use.
Are SBD products approved for competitive use?
Yes, the majority of our equipment, including our knee sleeves, singlets, and belts, are IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) approved and meet the technical specifications for most major strength sports federations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once opened.
How should I care for and wash my SBD equipment?
We recommend hand washing your sleeves and wraps in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry them away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the neoprene and elastic integrity.
